- Development Plan (DP) and Town Planning (TP) Part Plan Documents: Fees have increased from ₹500 to ₹1,000.
- Base Maps: Charges have risen from ₹2,000 to ₹4,000.
- Measurement Sheets: Fees have doubled from ₹500 to ₹1,000.
- Final Plot 'F' Forms: The cost has increased from ₹300 to ₹500.
- Zoning Certificates: Fees have risen from ₹300 to ₹500.
- Town Planning (TP), Village, and Development Plan (DP) Sheet Maps: Charges have increased from ₹2,000 to ₹4,000.
- Growth Centre Maps: Fees have doubled from ₹4,000 to ₹8,000.
Since these documents are typically one-time requirements in the development process, the revised charges remain a nominal expense when compared to overall project costs.
Why the Fee Revision?
The increased fees likely aim to:
- Improve administrative efficiency in document processing
- Ensure better record-keeping and urban planning
- Generate funds for infrastructure and development-related services
