Every learner should comply with the set rules and regulations of Shivalik Institute of Real Estate Management.

Learners are required to maintain discipline, formal attire, decorum, and decent behaviour in SIRE premises. A learner may be suspended for his or her actions if they violate these rules.

The Institute has all rights to make any changes in the timetable, faculty/experts, and venue of the class as an when situation deems fit.

All decisions of the Institute Management will be deemed final related to the Institute policy, class schedule, timetable, faculty, admission, syllabus, and others.

Learners are not allowed to re-attend the same class.

The Institute can use Photographs and videos, presentations, etc. of the learners (at SIRE) for Advertisement, Marketing/ PR and publications of the Institute. No additional permission or rights will be sought in this matter.

On prior request, a learner can request to shift his or her course admission ONLY ONCE in the future batch of the same calendar year (January- December). All/ any disputes are subjected to Ahmedabad jurisdiction.

Shivalik Institute of Real Estate is fully responsible for conducting the classes as per their designed course syllabus.

Study material is provided to the students free of cost. Typographical errors in the study material are a possibility. Students are advised to bring these errors to staff's notice for the required correction in such a case & no presentations or learning material will be shared through pen-drive or WhatsApp or e-mail in any form. All the study material will only be shared on the LMS App of SIRE & the rights of Data remain with SIRE.

Use of mobile phones or any other recording device is strictly prohibited during the class. If any learner is found recording any lecture in the class, the Institute will take strict action against the student. In such a case, the Institute may cancel/suspend the admission.

Regular attendance (minimum 80%) is mandatory for eligibility of course completion Certificate.

During every site visit, it is the sole responsibility of each learner to look after their own safety & wellbeing. Institute will not be responsible in any cases. For the construction site visit, institute will provide the safety kit which includes a helmet and jacket. Everyone is required to wear that mandatory for their own safety.

The institute does not provide any trial classes.

All learners are advised to review rules, policy and course details before registering the course.

No refund of fees, if any learner discontinues (drops out) after course registration.

No refunds of fees, if a leaner is suspended by the Management or cancels his/her registration after payment of partial or full fees.

As per the decision taken on June 10th, 2010 by the National Consumer Redressal Commission, the fees can be refunded after adjusting the processing fee and other expenses if any in case transferred to another learner by cancelling leaner. This can only be allowed if the course has yet not started. The decision of Management will be considered final if such a transfer is allowed.
