About Event

Today we had an amazing experience on a masterclass session with Mr. Deval Patel , where we developed deep into the world of student housing and alternative real estate options. The session was incredibly interactive, with participants actively engaging in practical exercises to understand real-world project viability. Together, we crunched numbers and explored the feasibility of various ventures, providing valuable insights into the intricacies of the real estate landscape. The enthusiasm and eagerness of the attendees made the session truly rewarding.Entrepreneurial strategies of Blue Ocean markets and Red ocean scenarios were discussed to formulate an entry and exit into the alternative real estate arena of Ahmedabad.

The participants actively engaged in calculating the project viability for a student housing project from the perspective of a developer as well as an operator. Critical aspects of project ROI, rental yield and investment analysis, project  scale, asset light and asset heavy, were also discussed.
