An interesting masterclass was conducted at SIRE on the emerging topic "Future of Redevelopment in Ahmedabad". Mr Jitendra Shah, Founder & CEO of Panchshil Group has conducted the session where he talked about Scope of Redevelopment, Challenges in Redevelopment, Market Opportunities for Redevelopment, etc. He also discussed the Redevelopment Policy of Gujarat and shared his insights on how this policy can be more inclusive and relevant as per today's time and requirement.

Mr Anil Desai, Head - Redevelopment, Shivalik Group has co-paneled this session. He has discussed case studies of redevelopment, particularly how they have convinced commercial space owners, different size of planning requirements, handling illegally created spaces, etc.
