By 2014, he had successfully conceptualized and completed several lucrative real estate projects under the banner of HR Group, serving as an inspiration for aspiring young individuals. About Event

In today's Masterclass, the focus was on "Prime Real Estate," led by the HR Group. Mr. Ronil Shah, MD, and Co-founder, as well as the Vice President of Youthwing CREDAI-AHMEDABAD, openly shared his personal journey as a Real Estate Developer. He touched upon various crucial aspects such as Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Team Management, Sales & Marketing Strategy, and product positioning in diverse Land Markets.

Mr. Ronil Shah also shared motivational stories to inspire young entrepreneurs and presented real case studies of Ahmedabad developers, illustrating their approach to project selection. A significant part of the discussion revolved around maintaining strong relationships with government authorities and emphasized dedicating one day per week to engage with government office networks.

The session, attended by over 60 JRE learners, was highly interactive with engaging Q & A sessions. To kick off the session on a positive note, a 5-minute meditation featuring the harmonious sound of a flute set the tone for a vibrant Wednesday morning.
